Online: Manager/Leader Supervision

£50.00

Part of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory safeguarding and welfare requirements is that all staff should have regular supervisions. This includes leaders and managers and we often have the question of who does our supervision? As a company we want to support leaders and managers and give them the opportunity for supervision to do the following:

  • An opportunity to discuss any issues - for example, child development, staff development/progression, well-being, child protection.

  • An opportunity to find solutions, problem-solve and set targets.

  • An opportunity to receive effective coaching.

These sessions will be an hour long and you as a customer can decide when and if you would like to repeat the experience. Meaning you can book one supervision at a time. You will receive some written notes after the supervision.
