About Us

Growing Together formed because we wanted to grow alongside others, empower change, support and help impact the ever-developing field of early years. We wanted to bring our passion and energy to supporting others in their roles; based on our own experiences as professionals and as a parent. We could see the need and value that could be added to settings who need just a little bit of help, support and encouragement. We recognise the challenges that early years settings currently face and we want to work with them to overcome these challenges.
