Introducing Early Years
This is a half day online training designed to empower early years educators or practitioners as they continue to do their important work. The aim of the training session is to empower staff working in the early years, whether they are new or experienced to become more confident in different aspects of the early years framework to do every aspect of their job. This means that we will be covering:
The revised early years framework – An overview of the revised framework and covering the statutory requirements; as well as an in depth look at 2-year checks.
Observation assessment and planning cycle – a look at the all-important observation and assessment cycle within the early years.
Development matters – an overview of what development matters is and examples, of how it can be used.
Birth to five matters – an overview of birth to five and again information about how we can use it as a basis for our practise.
