For the Love of Traditional Tales

There is something magical and timeless about traditional tales, no matter how old they are children still love stories such as Goldilocks and the 3 bears, or the 3 little pigs.

In my time working in the early years; I have had some of my most enjoyable moments with young children exploring these tales with children. Unfolding the tales’ other weeks and a variety of activities, stimuli and discussions, getting to know the stories inside out and back to front.

This is why we have developed a wonderful training session looking at the love of traditional tales and how these can be used as stimuli to meet all areas of learning and development in the early years. With a particular focus on the benefits of using traditional tales to support communication and language as well as literacy skills.
